What level of access do I have to my server?
You have full root or administrator privileges to manage and access your server.
Do you have any restrictions on what I can use my server for?
No. As long as anything you do on your server abides with UK law, you are free to use your server for any purpose.
How can I pay for my Dedicated Server?
You can pay for your server by PayPal. We do not accept credit cards,cheques, postal orders, standing orders, or cash.
What RAID level options are available for my server?
RAID-1, mirrored to provide additional redundancy, for increased speed and storage as well as additional redundancy, are available for your server, meaning that your server will continue to operate as normal and you will not lose data in the unlikely event of a disk failure.
How many IP addresses do I get with my Dedicated Server?
Your server has one IP address that we set up for you absolutely free. If you require more IP addresses, you can buy them for an additional fee.
How long will it take for my Dedicated Server to be set up?
All Dedicated Servers are custom built within 24 hours after your payment has been processed. Since your server is built for you, with the operating system of your choice, you should expect your server to be available any time after 24 hours of placing your order.

What is the minimum contract period for a Dedicated Server?
